Fundamental – Events Calendar

Events Calendar records important events like the Ex-dates, Result Release dates and the AGM/EGM dates of companies.

The Events Calendar is useful to track corporate actions and events of the stocks you are interested in. A price of a stock may have plunged because of a capital distribution and the calendar helps you to make informed decisions.

For corporate actions, the Events Calendar record additional information. For example, for dividends declared, the Events Calendar also shows the amount of dividend declared, the record date and the payment date.

Users can filter the data according to the stock they are interested in or the type of events.

Using historical events to forecast future events

Historical events can sometimes be used to forecast future events. If a company has a history of declaring dividends during their results announcements, it may likely do so again in future. Access the past historical events to get an idea of what to expect in the future.
