The Service and Maintenance segment is involved in the infrastructure management of industrial and residential estates, hotels, and public projects. The Power Plant segment manages, supplies, and distributes energy and provides energy management services to third parties. The Tourism segment focuses in the tourism object, hotel, estate, education, and training center. The company was founded by Setyono Djuandi Darmono and Hadi Rahardja on January 12, 1989 and is headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia.
