Company Background

CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) is the first and largest commercial REIT listed on SGX-ST on 11 May 2004, through a distribution in specie by CapitaLand Limited to its shareholders. CCT aims to own and invest in income producing commercial real estate and real estate-related assets.
