CapitaLand Mall Trust is the first Real Estate Investment Trust is the largest REIT by market capitalisation and asset size of approximately S$5.0 billion and S$6.6 billion respectively as at 30 June 2008. CMT Group's 13 quality retail malls, are strategically located in the suburban areas and Downtown Core of Singapore.
