Fundamental – Annual Reports

Annual Reports are issued by public listed companies to investors to sum up their reported performance for the financial year.

Annual Reports is useful as it gives insight to the operation and future prospect of the company via the Chairman's and CEO statement. It also shows who the majority shareholders are and how much the Directors and CEO are paid. Overall, reading the Annual Report helps you understand more about the company you are interested in.
