XMH: Earnings Up 5.9% Y-o-Y To S$9.5 Million In FY2012.

Earnings boasted by one-time off gain of S$3.9 million. Recommends a final tax exempt cash dividend of 1.00 Singapore cent per share, representing high dividend payout ratio of 41.7%.
