SingXpress Land Ltd. wishes to announce that it has on 30 May 2012 entered into a conditional subscription agreement with Mr Chua Swee Wah for the issuance and subscription of 243,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at S$0.0126 per Subscription Share. The Subscription Shares when issued and fully paid will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company...
