YHI: Incorporation Of YHI Advanti (Shanghai) Co Ltd.
YHI International Limited wishes to announce that YHI Manufacturing (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, YHI Advanti (Shanghai) Co Ltd in Shanghai, PRC. The total registered capital of YHI Advanti (Shanghai) is US$500,000. The principal activity of YHI Advanti (Shanghai) is to distribute and market automotive and industrial products comprising motorcycle wheels, automotive wheels and the related accessories as well as provide automotive related services. The incorporation of YHI Corp (Shanghai) will enable the Company to expand its network further in the PRC...
