CH Offshore: Establishment Of Joint Venture Company.
CH Offshore Ltd has formed a new subsidiary named "Venture Offshore Pte. Ltd." in Singapore. Venture has entered into a joint venture agreement with PT Bahtera Niaga Internasional to establish a joint venture company in Indonesia to own, operate and charter marine vessels for transportation, exploration and production activities in the oil and gas industry and to manage the maintenance of marine vessels and provision of offshore marine services.
