Company Background
The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 24 August 2004.
Sun East Group Limited is a company engaged in the branding, manufacturing and distribution of a range of beauty, skincare and hygiene products under their principal brand "sunRun". Its products are marketed under its wholly-owned brands such as "3-yuan" for beauty products, "Sha Lang Xue Fu" and "Miell?" for skincare products and "Shao bing" for hygiene products.
Its products are sold directly to retail outlets in Beijing, and via distributors which distribute to retail outlets in major cities such as Shanghai, Chongqing and more than 15 provinces in China which include Fujian and Guangdong. Following its acquisition of NuXD, the group now has approximatly 10,000 modern trade outlets and 1,500 entertainment outlets in Taiwan. Its products are also sold through more than 200 outlets in Hong Kong.
Its headquarters is in Beijing and its production facilities are in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
With effect from 16 August 2012, the name of the Company has been changed to "CEFC International Limited", where "CEFC" is the acronym for "China Energy Force Corporation", to better reflect the Company's new businesses in the petrochemical and energy businesses going forward while the existing businesses continue to operate.
The Company's new businesses are in the trading of the following products:
(a) petrol and other raw materials used for blending gasoline, including but not limited to mixed aromatics such as methyl tertiary-butyl ether ("MTBE") C5 and MTBE C9;
(b) petrochemicals including but not limited to paraxylene, ethanediol, styrene; and
(c) fuel oil.
