Company Background

Frasers Commercial Trust (“FCOT”) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd (“Manager”). The key objectives of the Manager are to deliver regular and stable distributions to Unitholders, and to achieve long-term growth in such distributions and the net asset value per Unit in order to provide Unitholders with a competitive rate of return for their investment. The Manager’s principal investment policy is for FCOT to invest primarily in real estate and real estate related assets in the commercial office properties in the Asia-Pacific region. FCOT’s current portfolio spans high quality assets in Singapore and Australia, being:§ a 100% interest in China Square Central, Singapore§ a 100% interest in 55 Market Street, Singapore§ a 100% interest in Alexandra Technopark,Singapore§ a 100% interest in the Caroline Chrisholm Centre, Canberra (Centrelink Headquarters)§ a 50% interest in Central Park, Perth
