Company Background

Mirvac Group engages in real estate investment, development, third party capital management and property asset management. It operates through the following segments: Office and Industrial, Retail, Residential, and Corporate. The Office and Industrial segment manages the office and industrial property portfolio to produce rental income along with developing office and industrial projects. The Retail segment involves the management of the retail property portfolio, including shopping centers to produce rental income. The Residential segment designs, develops, markets, and sells residential properties to external customers. The Corporate segment covers group-level functions including governance, finance, legal, risk management, and corporate secretarial; and holds an investment in the Tucker Box Hotel Group. The company was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
