PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk engages in the provision and sale of industrial products. It operates through the following segments: Real Estate, Golf, Service and Maintenance, Power Plant, and Tourism. The Real Estate segment focuses in the construction and sale of industrial estates and residential properties such as apartments, office buildings, and shopping centers. It also offers installation of water treatment plants, waste water treatment, telephone, electricity, and other facilities to support the industrial estate. The Golf segment pertains to the development and management of golf course, club house, recreation, and sports facilities. The Service and Maintenance segment is involved in the infrastructure management of industrial and residential estates, hotels, and public projects. The Power Plant segment manages, supplies, and distributes energy and provides energy management services to third parties. The Tourism segment focuses in the tourism object, hotel, estate, education, and training center. The company was founded by Setyono Djuandi Darmono and Hadi Rahardja on January 12, 1989 and is headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia.
