Company Background

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 21 October 2003 under the name of Jishan Holdings Pte Ltd. It adopted its present name on 29 March 2004.A niche player focusing on the printing and dyeing process of the textile manufacturing chain, Jishan Holdings is located in Shaoxing, China. Its plant of more than 33,000 sq m in size is equipped with 50 sets of overflow dye equipment, two pad-dye lines as well as three printing lines complete with finishing accessories/facilities, capable of producing up to 72 million metres a year.Over the years, the Group has gained a wide network of more than 500 customers spanning the US, Europe, Mexico, China and Hong Kong. It counts amongst its established customers, renowned retailers such as Wal-Mart, Liz Claiborne, K Mart, Sears, Gap, J.C. Penny, Nine West and Fred Meyer.With offices in Guangzhou, Beijing and Hong Kong, the Group has a sales and marketing network with more than 90 sales and marketing staff. To further widen its reach, it plans to eventually set up another representative office in the US, its major market.To stay ahead of competition, Jishan Holdings places great emphasis on research and development. In 1996, it established the Jishan Research Centre to look into new products, processes and technologies. To this end, it has developed and introduced about 30 new products annually since 2000. Furthermore, it also has cooperative agreements with institutes such as the State Dyeing and Finishing Technology Development Centre and Zhejiang Engineering College, to keep itself up-to-date with the latest trends.
