Company Background

Cromwell Property Group is a real estate investment trust, which engages in the property investment and funds management business. It operates through the following segments: Property Investment; Asset Services; Fund Management-Internal; Fund Management-External; and Fund Management-Wholesale. The Property Investment segment invlude ownership of investment properties. The Asset Services segment comprises property and facility management, leasing, and project management for trust and all Cromwell managed investment schemes. The Fund Management-Internal segment consists management of trust and its indirect property investment. The Fund Management-External focuses in the establishment and management of external fund for retail investors. The Fund Management-Wholesale involves in the establishment and management of external funds for whlesale investors. The company was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Brisbane, Australia.
