Company Background

CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT) is the first and largest commercial REIT listed on SGX-ST on 11 May 2004, through a distribution in specie by CapitaLand Limited to its shareholders. CCT aims to own and invest in income producing commercial real estate and real estate-related assets. Its current portfolio of more than 5 million square feet comprises eight well-located and distinguished properties in Singapore's Central Area and two in Frankfurt, Germany. Guided by a rigorous portfolio reconstitution strategy to optimise Unitholder returns, CCT pursues accretive acquisitions and value creation opportunities.
