Company Background

Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group) Corp. Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of comprehensive logistics and supply chain services. It operates through the following business segments: Logistics and Supply Chain Service for Finished Automobiles and Components; Materials Procurement and Related Logistics Services; and All Other. The Logistics and Supply Chain Service for Finished Automobiles and Component segment provides logistics services and supply chain management, such as planning, storage and transportation management for finished automobile and components. The Materials Procurement and Related Logistics Services segment is comprised of Sales of raw materials to customers comprising principally trading companies and provision of related services of transportation management, storage, warehouse supervising and management. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Tianjin, China.
