Company Background
The Company was incorporated on 6 February 2003 under the name SNF Corporation Pte Ltd. On 18 February 2004, the Company changed its name to SNF Corporation Ltd.
SNF is in the business of selling and servicing the electronic manufacturing supply chain since its beginnings as two business units, namely SNF Component Distribution and SNF Equipment Distribution and Services.
In 2004, the Group invested and integrated Cyberwhite Electronics Co. Ltd, an equipment distributor in China, and Intraco Technology Pte Ltd, a value-added component and systems distributor in Singapore. The Group formed a new Plastics business unit in 2005 through the acquisition of a 40 percent stake in Watson Plastics Industries Pte Limited, and, in turn, acquired a 24.75 percent stake in TTL Holdings Limited, a main-board listed Plastics company. This new acquisition complemented SNF’s existing capabilities and positioned SNF as a value added service provider in the electronics industry.
With the three major business units in place, SNF provides the complete spectrum of services from the electronic SMT manufacturing equipment, electronic components, plastic mould fabrication, plastic injection parts and secondary finishing processes to OEM and MNC customers.
SNF Group has more than 200 ODM, OEM, MNC and EMS customers mainly based in the Asia-Pacific regions. These customers come from diverse industries such as computer, computer peripherals, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial and automotive, as well as semiconductor manufacturing and test and assembly industries.
SNF’s head office is located in Singapore, with five subsidiaries and two associates operating within Singapore. It also has set up a branch in Malaysia. It has subsidiaries, associates and subsidiaries
of associates in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
