Company Background

Dijaya Corporation Berhad. The Group's principal activities are the real property and resort development, mechanical engineering and general trading, marketing and promotion of websites and Internet related products, investment holding and credit and leasing. Other activities include property holding and development and provision of management and consultancy services. The Group carried its operations in Malaysia and British Virgin Islands. In 2001, the Group's associated company had completed the sale of its entire equity interest in its wholly-owned stockbroking arm. Real property and resort development accounted for 78% of 2001 revenues; engineering and trading, 16%; Internet related venture, 6%; investment holding, nominal and credit and leasing, nominal.
