Company Background

Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust ("Atrium REIT") is Malaysia's first approved logistics property-focused real estate investment trust ["REIT"]. Its principal investment objective is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income producing industrial real estate assets which yield excellent net income for distribution to Unitholders.

Atrium REIT was established by a Trust Deed entered into on 20 November 2006 and amended by the Supplementary Deed dated 25 November 2008 between CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad (formerly known as BHLB Trustee Berhad) as the Trustee and Atrium REIT Managers sdn Bhd as the Manager. Atrium REIT was listed on Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2 April 2007

Atrium REIT ’s property portfolio consists of five industrial properties located in prime locations in the Klang Valley, namely, Atrium Shah Alam 1, Atrium Shah Alam 2, Atrium Puchong, Atrium Rawang and Atrium USJ.
