Company Background

AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (“AmanahRaya REIT”) was established on 10 October 2006 pursuant to the Deed between the Manager, AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd and CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (formerly known as CIMB Trustee Berhad) (“Trustee”). It is classified as a real estate investment fund and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 26 February 2007. As at 31 December 2012, the portfolio of AmanahRaya REIT includes 15 properties with a total asset value of RM1.046 billion. The portfolio is diversified and comprises properties from sectors such as industrial, office, hotel, educational institution and retail mall.
