Company Background

AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust ("AmFIRST" or the "Trust") was established on 28 September 2006 under the Trust Deed entered into between Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("Am ARA" or the "Manager") and Maybank Trustees Berhad ("Trustee"). It is managed by Am ARA, a collaboration between AmInvestment Group Berhad ("AIGB") and ARA Asset Management (Malaysia) Limited.
