Company Background

UOA Real Estate Investment Trust ("UOA REIT") was constituted on the 28th November 2005 and was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the 30th December 2005. The investment objective of UOA REIT is to own and invest in real estate and real-estate related assets used, or predominantly used, for commercial purposes, whether directly or indirectly through the ownership of single purpose companies who wholly own real estate. UOA REIT, managed by UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("Manager"), an indirect subsidiary of UOA Holdings Sdn Bhd, is formed to own and invest in Properties which comprise of (a) UOA Centre Parcels, (b) UOA II Parcels, (c) UOA Damansara Parcels, (d) UOA Pantai, (e) UOA Damansara II and (f) Menara UOA Bangsar Parcels B .
