Company Background

Damansara Realty Berhad (�DBhd�) was incorporated as a public company limited by shares under the Companies Ordinance, 1946 on 29 December 1960.DBhd was listed on the Main Board of the KLSE and Singapore Stock Exchange (�SSE�) on 6 September 1973. On 31 December 1989, DBhd was delisted from the SSE in compliance with the policies of the Malaysian Government. DBhd, as at to date, is a public listed company on the First Board of the Malaysia Exchange (�Bursa Malaysia�)

DBhd is currently headed and managed by a group of dynamic Bumiputera individuals in various profession and background.

Johor Corporation (�JCorp�) is the largest shareholder of DBhd with an equity stake of 29.46% as at 20 July 2005.
