Company Background

ESR Cayman Ltd. provides logistics real estate developing and operating services. It focuses on building and managing industrial and logistics properties such as warehouses, business parks, and distribution centres. The firm also manages a broad range of funds and investment vehicles specializing in those assets. The company operates through the following segments: Investment, Fund Management, and Development. The Investment segment deals with balance sheet, investment funds, and REIT. The Fund Management segment manages assets via funds and investment vehicles. The Development segment develops profit through the development, construction and sale of completed investment properties. ESR was founded by Stuart Gibson, Charles de Portes and Jeffrey Shen Jinchu on May 8, 2006 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
