Company Background

New Century Real Estate Investment Trust engages in the leasing of the hotel properties. It owns six 5-star hotels, and two 4-Star hotels namely: New Century Grand Hotel Hangzhou, New Century Resort Qiandao Lake Hangzhou, New Century Grand Hotel Ningbo, New Century Grand Hotel Changchun, New Century Hotel Xiaoshan Zhejiang, Songjiang New Century Grand Hotel Shanghai, New Century Grand Hotel Kaifeng, and the Netherlands Hotel. The company was founded on June 10, 2013 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
